Within the framework of the “Visegrad Support Under Pressure” project, we organized a practice-oriented training for psychologists, social workers, and mental health professionals working in the field of war trauma and loss.
The objective of the training was to protect the helpers’ own mental health, strengthen emotional self-regulation, and prevent professional burnout. The theoretical mini-lectures were accompanied by group work, pair exercises, and art therapy techniques.
The program was implemented as part of the “Visegrad Support Under Pressure” project, supported by the International Visegrad Fund.
